Eligibility Criteria: Graduates are preferred.

Compensation and Benefit:

Tamil + English : INR 16000(CTC) in Hand INR 13873.

Malayalam + Hindi + English : INR 17000(CTC) in Hand INR 145+0

Incentives will be provided from the 2nd month of their joining (based on performance).

Career path: Every 6 months increase in salary hike (based on performance).

Working hours: 8 Am - 5:30 PM (currently working);

Week offs Dynamic rotational Five-Day work week.

No Employment Bond is applicable to the employees.

Only Non-Disclosure Agreement (Confidentiality NDA) for all banking processes to be signed on the Joining date Mandatory 30 Days’ Notice Period unless approved for early exit by reporting authority.However, there shall be a Training Agreement for 6 months for a Banking Certification called DRA Exam from (IIBF) Indian Institute of Banking Finance; Details pertaining the same shall be updated during the offer process.Health Insurance (3 Lakhs) Accidental rider Insurance (10 Lakhs).
