About the job
In this seasonal role, you'll support the planning and delivery of award ceremonies across the province. You'll travel to different communities, often a new city each week, and help ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

driving a van with event materials to ceremony locations
setting up stages, displays, and reception areas
welcoming guests, handing out name tags and certificates, and assisting during the ceremony
preparing and organizing program materials, mailouts, and supplies
answering phone calls and responding to general questions about the awards
entering and updating nomination information in a database
keeping files and records organized and up to date
working closely with your team to solve problems and support successful events

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work, collaborating with others, and contributing to meaningful community recognition. You'll gain valuable experience in event coordination, public service, and teamwork, while helping celebrate the best of Ontario.
What you bring to the team

Mandatory requirements
you must have a valid Ontario driver's licence
