Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Coordinator to join our HR Team. In this role, your primary focus will be to manage internal end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support the continued growth and success of our organisation. Alongside recruitment, you will provide vital support for training and development initiatives, including professional qualifications and CPD.
About the Role
As the main point of contact for internal recruitment, you will work closely with managers to lead full recruitment cycles—covering strategic hires, replacements, succession planning and growth within the practice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements specific to various accounting roles.
· Creating and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms to reach targeted candidates.
· Sourcing and screening CVs to identify suitable candidates with the necessary technical skills and industry experience.
· Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates
· Coordinating interview schedules and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
· Managing ATS and recruitment metrics to track progress and optimize hiring processes.
· Ensuring compliance and internal processes throughout the recruitment process.
· Promoting the Company’s employer brand to attract top talent in a competitive market.
· Supporting onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the business.
· Reviewing and coordinating the company’s Training Development structure, including support for professional qualifications and CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
· Coordinating structured training pathways and apprenticeship programmes in close partnership with the Senior Training Manager.
· Supporting departmental managers with performance development planning and delivering tailored training solutions to enhance team capabilities.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally with a focus on internal hiring.
Strong knowledge of training and development frameworks, professional qualifications, and apprenticeship schemes.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across all levels.
A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
