We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in BPO recruitment and volume hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive volume hiring initiatives for BPO/customer support/voice and non-voice roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
• Maintain strong pipelines of pre-screened candidates to support hiring demands.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment drives, both virtual and on-ground.
• Maintain recruitment data and dashboards for regular reporting.

Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in BPO recruitment with a focus on bulk/volume hiring.
• Strong understanding of BPO hiring dynamics, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
• Proven track record in managing multiple positions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
