This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience. Prior internship experience in HR will be an added advantage. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for HR, apply now! Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment talent acquisition (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews). Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. Help in onboarding induction for new employees. Maintain HR records, documentation, and databases. Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Coordinate training development programs. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-6 months of experience (internship experience is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic understanding of HR processes and willingness to learn. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
