Full job description
We currently have a great opportunity at our Tag Agency Clerk at our TitlePro office located in Bradenton, FL.
This location offers a great working environment, and great pay.
Hours: Mon Fri (+am to 6pm) – Some Saturdays
*We will train the right candidates*. Relatable experience is a plus. such as:
Loan Processor
Claims Processor
Mortgage Loan Processor
Bank Teller
Insurance Agent
Credit Union Clerk
Knowledge of transactions / paperwork processing
Responsibilities and qualifications:
Research, verify and process documents for titles and registrations on vehicles, boats and recreational vehicles.
Processing of handicap permits.
JMaintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Interacting with the general public on a daily basis.
Responding promptly and politely to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer issues.
Customer Service Experience Required.
Cashier Experience Required
Data Entry Experience Required
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented and organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using computers.
Any Automotive Tag Agency experience is a plus
Any Title Clerk experience is a plus
Summary: This is a customer service based, entry level position that directly assists clients with tag and title needs. It also requires, but is not limited to, basic office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and scanning.

General Abilities:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one- on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses:
Ability to pass criminal background check

Job Type/Pay – Hourly pay will be based on experience and knowledge.

If an applicant is qualified, an interview will be set up with the hiring Manager. If selected for the position, an application and background check form will be forwarded for completion. Once the results of the background are received and cleared, an offer of employment will be forwarded, and a start date can be determined. The Onboarding (new hire) process will be forwarded on the first day of employment.
