Systems Accountant Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and support our global user community. Your responsibilities will include cross-system support, driving testing initiatives, managing critical system controls, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users through effective helpdesk support.
• Help Drive Oracle and Financial System Upgrades: Support Oracle Cloud ERP, ePBCS, and FCCS upgrades, including comprehensive documentation, meticulous testing, and engaging training sessions for users.
• Optimize System Performance and Support: Efficiently manage financial system helpdesk tickets, prioritize and escalate critical issues, and ensure optimal system performance and availability.
