IT Support - Ensuring reported issues are resolved in defined TAT.

Creating an impeccable Data security, backup solution maintenance.

Evaluating software/hardware products (free/commercial) and working with vendors, managing licensing Requirements and IT Procurement.

To coordinate with other branches of the company like HO and other branches to ensure their needs are met in any upgrades to their system. Remote support to branches where applicable.

Configuration maintenance of the Wired and Wireless printers, ISP maintenance and other devices like CCTV/UPS

Responsible for routine Backups and Restore of critical data according to users request.

User support- execute Laptop / Desktop formatting, data restore and application installation and train users in their queries pertaining to day to day operations related to MS word /excel /power point, outlook mail configure etc. (ERP System Installation Outlook mail configuration).
