We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:
• Contribute to the development and improvement of application by following HSBC standards.
• Takes a disciplined approach to software development in all stages – analysis, build, test, and release using best practice.
• Work with development and support team to resolve complex technical issues / problems.
• Identify the opportunity for automation and design/build the end-to-end solutions.
• Actively look for process improvements, efficiency gain and technology.
• Able to manage Azure cloud infrastructure and come up with best practises.

Qualifications - External

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Experienced .Net developer who is well verse with 4.0, 4.8 and have experience in WCF, MVC Web form, Web API and .Net core.
• Should have experience on improving code quality by using suggestions from tools like SonarQube, Cyber vulnerability scan report.
• Experience in DB design, query optimization, procedure fine tuning on SQL Server.
• Experience on Azure cloud services like VM, App Service, ADFS, Azure SQL MI and Blob Storage
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD deployment tools like ADO and Jenkins and have knowledge on terraform.
• Strong Analytical Problem-Solving Skill by analysing logs and debugging code.
• Hands on experience Jenkins, GIT, JIRA, and release management.
• Aware of Agile methodologies and best practises.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team focused environment with a proven track record of delivering and completing assigned tasks as an individual and as team.
