Cocoro is a Japanese cuisine has 4 blanches in London and we are looking for a holiday cover sushi chef at our Bloomsbury branch (10-27 August)

Experience in Sushi making is a Must - we need someone have 5 years or more experience.
Ability to work first and handle your job efficiently
