Role Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager at Suryoday Small Finance Bank, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the South Delhi region. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Target Achievement: Set challenging yet achievable sales targets for the team, monitor performance rigorously, and implement strategies to consistently meet or exceed business objectives.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the South Delhi market, identifying key customer segments, product focus areas, and go-to-market approaches.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee and ensure excellent customer relationship management practices within the team, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting Reporting: Conduct accurate sales forecasting, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular sales reports for senior management, providing actionable insights.
- Marketing Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to develop and execute integrated sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches to maximize market reach and impact.
- Market Analysis Opportunity Identification: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities, product gaps, and areas for market expansion.
- Training Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team, enhancing their product knowledge, sales skills, and professional development.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Suryoday Small Finance Bank's diverse range of financial products, including Fixed Deposits, Savings Accounts, and various credit offerings.
Key Requirements Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales management and team leadership, preferably within the banking, financial services, or a related sales-driven industry.
