Job description

Could you see yourself supporting our tenants to live fulfilled lives? Do you enjoy going on day trips, and exploring the local area to help source meaningful activities for our tenants? Would you be able to inject some liveliness into the boring tasks such as cleaning and cooking? Can you see yourself encouraging people to build relationships with the local community and helping the people we support maintain relationships with those important to them?
As a Support Worker, you will make a real difference to people’s lives and you may also make a positive difference to your own life. We realise though that not everyone wants to climb the ladder which is perfect too - many of our staff have remained happy in a support worker roll for over 15 years.
If you can communicate in many different ways, If you are friendly, respect others and have a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of the people we support then we would love to hear from you!
