Job Description
Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more. Hence, the major part is customer support. So we are looking for the support executive for voice process who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company.
Roles Responsibilities
Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English Required.
Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions.
Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Must be flexible for night shift rotational shift.
Have daily interactions with customers and handle all issues from end to end via call.
Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving issues and ensure satisfaction.
Quickly and effectively build rapport with customers and resolve issues
Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times
When required need to visit client and give the training of the software.
Communication Proficiency - Ability to convey message effectively: Comprehension, Active Listening, Rate Clarity of Speech, Conversational Ability.
Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
Experience Range - 1 to 2 years
Salary Range – 10K to 14K
Job Location- Nagpur
Skills required - Excellent English Verbal Written Communication Skills
Job Requisite- BPO Experience.
Job Requirement Flexible to work in rotational shifts. 6 days working with 1 day rotational off
