The Associate Regulatory Analyst will work within a team and is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to a team administering pension plan wind ups for insolvency engagements.

Responsibilities
Assists in the preparation, review, and tracking of members’ and former members’ wind-up option election forms and data verification statements.
Drafts standard letters and option forms for retirement and death processing.
Works with membership databases and internal software/systems.
Performs scanning and electronic filing of incoming/outgoing documents and coordinates digitization across the various teams
Reviews to confirm documents are properly scanned by scanning team.
Assists with plan member searches.
Takes direction from and supports team members
Participates on ad hoc special projects as required.
Ensures that quality control and service standards are attained with every transaction.
Adheres to internal risk management policies.

Succeeding as an Associate Regulatory Analyst will require the following core qualifications and skills:
Very good oral and written communication skills
Good team spirit and ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a computerized environment and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Proven attention to detail, initiative and excellent organizational and analytical skills
