General cleaning of the space
Restock drinks, plates, silverware, etc.
Place requisitions for all items needed for the lounge
Keep track of all product consumptions on daily basis
Maintain and clean the buffet
Clear all dirty dishes, silverware an take to stewarding department
Setup food offerings and replenish as needed.
Perform pre-assembly and warming of food items and snacks.
Work with stewarding on duties for china, glass and silver from lounge and tools in the pantry.
Handle admittance vouchers.
Assist in the receiving/organization and re-stocking of inventory.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
