Need technical skills – They will run and operate the studio. Know how to use the gear.

PTZ cameras (plug and play).

Consulting with clients, client management, getting editors lined up to edit content (Producer may do some editing).

Know Adobe Suite (Premiere).

Our client is seeking an experienced Video Producer to lead the creation of innovative video and audio content. As a creative leader, you will drive strategic visions, manage complex projects, and deliver exceptional results that align with business objectives.

MUST be able to produce, shoot and edit.Key Responsibilities:Lead creative teams to develop engaging video content that meets client goals.Manage video projects from concept to completion, including planning, budgeting, scripting, and production.Oversee studio operations, directing multicamera shoots, and ensuring technical excellence.Collaborate with clients to transform their content into compelling visual stories.Mentor team members, fostering creativity and innovation across projects.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.8+ years of experience as a video producer, with expertise in corporate video production.Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in studio and on-location shoots.Proficiency in video editing software and production techniques.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
