Studio Head
Job description As a Studio Head, you will be required to own the end-to-end Showroom business ( Project Booking and Revenue ), ensure a delightful Customer Experience, and manage the Team Effectively. You will need to achieve monthly sales targets for projects through a team of 5 to 7 designers. Responsibilities : • Ensure the Sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate throughput ( Min 40% ) • Booking of minimum of 6 projects per ID or min 40% conversion on the leads provided. • Responsible for delightful Customer Experience in the Experience Center. • Responsible for end to end Project management ( till project delivery ) through effective team management • Responsible for 4 average CSAT scores on every delivered project. • Training and handholding the team of designers to ensure sales enable them to achieve their targets. External Skills And Expertise EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Requirements : • Bachelor's Qualification in B-Arch / Civil Engineering. • 7 to 8 years of work experience in Business Development and Growth. • 3+ years experience in B2C Sales along with Showroom management.
