Listening to students' concerns and helping them find solutions and set goals

Assisting with conflict mediation and resolution between students, teachers, and parents
Counseling individuals and groups as required
Providing career guidance and helping students with admissions, financial aid, and enrollment
Maintaining student records and tracking student progression
