Air Academic is a growing online education platform offering live tutoring, homeschool support, and STEM coding camps for students in Grades 1–12 across Canada and the U.S.
We’re on a mission to make high-quality, affordable, and accessible education a reality for every family — right from the comfort of home. As we expand, we’re inviting motivated, social-media-savvy students to join us as ambassadors and help spread the word in their communities.
Position Overview
As a Student Ambassador (BDT Agent), you'll represent Air Academic and help families learn about our programs. This role is fully remote, flexible, and commission-based — ideal for students looking to earn income over the summer while building real-world experience in outreach and community marketing.
What You’ll Do
Share Air Academic’s offerings on social media, in parenting groups, and within your personal network
Invite families to attend a free info session using your personalized referral link
Answer simple questions about the programs (training provided)
Earn commission for every student that enrolls through your referral
Programs You'll Promote
Online Homeschool Program (Grades 1–12)
STEM Innovation Lab – Live Coding Camps
1-on-1 Tutoring (Math, Science, English more)
Compensation
$30 CAD per enrolled student per month (Year 1) except Tutoring
Performance bonuses for top ambassadors
Quarterly progress reports to help you track your growth

A referral tracker and performance updates
