Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Engagement Programme Coordination
○ Plan, organise, and execute co-curricular and extra-curricular programmes (festivals, commemorative days, workshops, etc.)
○ Assist in the planning and delivery of orientation programmes and leadership bootcamps
○ Maintain event documentation, feedback collection, and reporting
2. Club Council Management
○ Serve as a liaison between OSA and student-led clubs and councils
○ Monitor club activity reports and ensure adherence to university guidelines
○ Support elections, training, and valedictory planning for the Student Council
3. Student Support Communication
○ Act as a point of contact for students regarding OSA initiatives
○ Respond to student concerns and direct them to relevant support services as needed
○ Help implement student well-being and mentorship programmes
4. Administrative Documentation Support
○ Assist in preparing reports, handouts, and communication for internal and external stakeholders
○ Maintain accurate data on student participation and engagement metrics
○ Coordinate with departments and external vendors for smooth event execution
5. Contributing to Strategic Initiatives
○ Assist in implementing special projects (e.g. Rural Development, UNESCO MGIEP, INTACH, etc.)
○ Promote OSA values of inclusivity, student voice, leadership, and service
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Communication, or related fields
● 1–3 years of experience in student affairs, education administration, or youth engagement roles
● Excellent communication, event management, and interpersonal skills
● Passion for student development and community building
Desirable Skills:
● Familiarity with student engagement platforms and learning tools
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
● Creative mindset with the ability to co-design engaging student experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
