• Business Growth:

This is a key leadership role where you will manage both operational and strategic functions to ensure the success of the branch.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies for growth, including enrolling students, fostering partnerships, and enhancing educational offerings.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators, IT professionals, and operational staff to achieve branch goals.
• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of KPIs.
• Ensure seamless integration of technology in the educational environment, optimizing the use of IT tools for better teaching and learning experiences.
• Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet branch goals and targets.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and external partners, to enhance brand reputation and student satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements while preparing regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in sales leadership role within the IT or education industry.
