Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Building Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal departments and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Finalize project documentation and specifications to meet client requirements.
• Prepare and check working drawings and details within specified timeframes.
• Document projects for RERA, EC, IGBC, and other relevant authorities.
• Frequent site visits to monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to specifications and working drawings.
Preferred Qualities:
The successful candidate will possess:
• Excellent design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Drawing and documentation expertise.
• Knowledge of development control regulations, EC, IGBC, and other relevant codes.
