Store Operation Executive

Job Description: 1. Key management at the store/ yard 2. Ensure every vehicle is having valid Insurance Pollution 3. Ensure warranty is issued on 8th day after vehicle is sold to the end customer 4. Inventory Management - Entries in connx(Stock in Stock out) G-Sheets 5. Physical Inventory vs Connx Inevntory should match 6. Ensure Physical Verification is completed whenever asked 7. Maintain proper Shopfloor at the store/ yard // ---- Random shopfloor audit on 10 vehicles 8. Gatepass record (Infoman) for delivered vehicles non-sold vehcles (connx gatepass) +. Sales support with Vehicle documents (RC Ins copy) 10. Getting documents from auction team Keep them at the repective store/ yard Complete documents QC 11. Work on documents pendency (if any) close them // Sold unsold status 12. Esnuring RC transfer documentation is completed at the time of delivery 13. Submitting RC transfer docs to the agent on 8th day 14. Esnure RC transfer is done within 45 days
