Static Maintenance Electrician

Job description
Randstad C and P are actively recruiting for a Qualified Maintenance Electrician to support our top FM client.

Title: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Middlesbrough : James Cook Hospital

Salary: upto GBP38,000 per annum

Shift Work: 8:week recurring rota (7am:7pm or 7pm:7am) 4 on 3off

Holidays: 23 days including bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements
• Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds).
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
• Strong problem:solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
