Staff Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Care:
• Provide compassionate and competent care to patients undergoing skin and hair treatments.
• Assist patients in understanding treatment procedures and post-treatment care instructions.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the attending physician.
• Administration of IV Drips and Injections:
• Administer IV drips and injections accurately and safely.
• Ensure proper dosages and adhere to established protocols.
• Monitor patients for any adverse reactions and take appropriate action as necessary.
• Stock Management:
• Maintain adequate stock levels of medical supplies, including IV fluids, medications, and treatment equipment.
• Regularly check expiration dates and dispose of expired items according to hospital policies.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
• Emergency Management:
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies within the scope of nursing practice.
• Perform basic life support procedures such as CPR and first aid.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency protocols and evacuation procedures.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record system.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in administering IV drips, injections, and other medical procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirement:
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Must be graduate.
