Staff Nurse – Outpatients
As a Staff Nurse, you will work with senior and junior staff to deliver high-quality nursing care. This is based on the Clinic's Philosophy, Departmental Policies/Protocols, and NMC guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time, 18-month Fixed-term Contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
Shifts: Earlies lates to cover Outpatients service from 8am to 8pm.
Salary: £36,103 - £46,238 (dependent on skills and experience).

Duties Responsibilities
Facilitate provision of co-ordinated outpatient service to cancer and aesthetic patients in consultation with Outpatient Manager.
Participate in practice development forums within and external to the Clinic.
Work clinically and adhere to NMC Code.
Enable clinical effectiveness by mentoring junior staff to achieve optimum competence and clinical performance.
Provide high-level patient experience, ensuring safety and best outcomes.
Skills Experience
Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
Post-registration experience in Plastics, Aesthetics, or Reconstruction.
Facilitating education for pre and post-registration students.
Excellent communication skills, prioritising and coordinating workload.
Friendly and adaptable approach, working as part of a team, and aware of clinical audit and governance.
