Job Summary
• We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Expert to manage and elevate our clients' social media presence.
• The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for social media and a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing client social media calendars, analyzing performance metrics, and developing data-driven strategies to increase brand engagement and Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive social media content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and timely posting across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content, including text posts, images, videos, stories, and reels, that aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that drive brand awareness, increase engagement, generate leads, and achieve client goals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions) using analytics tools. Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports for clients, summarizing social media performance, highlighting key achievements, and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, addressing their questions, and collaborating on content ideas.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
• Community Engagement: Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive brand image.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members (e.g., marketing, design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience (3 years) as a Social Media Expert or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and draw actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with multiple clients is a plus.
