Job role: Senior Sales Manager
• Experience: 5-6 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role.
• Location: Bangalore and Chennai
• Working Days Hours – Working days will be Monday to Friday, + hrs working

Roles And Responsibilities
• Leading and managing a team of Account Executives.
• Setting sales targets and developing sales strategies.
• Recruiting, training, and coaching sales team members.
• Monitoring team performance and providing feedback.
• Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing sales processes and best practices.
• Forecasting sales and managing team pipeline.
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams.
• Reporting to the Founder

Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree or masters.
• Should be proficient in English and Kannada
• Experience in selling billing software is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in lead generation techniques and market research, with a keen eye for identifying
• Potential clients and opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Experience with CRM platforms, particularly LeadSquared, for lead management and tracking.
• Openness to receiving training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships withclients and colleagues.
• Good to have experience in both inside and outside sales.
• Demonstrated ability in leads generation, objection handling, and conflict resolution.
• Consistent track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
