About the Company:
Suzlon Global Services Ltd. is looking to hire a candidate for the post of Manager / Sr. Manager for its Pune location.
Qualification:
• Law degree from a leading university or a law school;
• A minimum of 6 years of PQE at a law firm and/or in-house, preferably with some portion of that experience in litigation handling, contract drafting and negotiation;
• Skilled in drafting notices, replies, pleadings to be filed in courts, business agreements etc.
Job Description:
• Managing and handling litigations;
• Legal research and advising the internal stakeholders on various operational and day to day issues;
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of agreements including OM agreements, vendor agreements etc. and advising the business on the same
