We are seeking an experienced and dynamic female HR professional to join our growing team in the IT domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resource management within the IT industry and be well-versed in end-to-end HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and compliance. Proven HR experience in the IT industry with strong understanding of recruitment techniques. Excellent knowledge of HR systems, labour laws and best practices with having the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
