Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Manage Guest House and office property
• Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring calendars are managed efficiently.
• Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
• Handle office supplies and inventory management.
• Assist with onboarding new staff and coordination of training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to senior leadership and various departments as needed.
• Assist with event planning and coordination of company functions.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with office management software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
