Job Description: Customer Support based Voice Process

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Domestic Voice process.

This is an inbound premium opening with no outbound sales or scam activities. The candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English and have excellent analytical skills to solve customer queries over the phone.

Lucrative salary and incentives, including Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mediclaim, and Life Insurance, are provided to our employees.

The working hours are rotational shifts, with day shifts only. Employees work for 6 days a week.

Responsibilities:
• Analyse and solve customer queries over the phone (inbound, no sales no targets)
• Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi and English
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance expectations

Requirements:
• Graduate degree in any field
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• MBA in Marketing or any graduate with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Age between 18-35 years
• No part of any regular academic course
• Willingsness to work in rotational shifts (day shifts only)
