Your Responsibilities:

Provide services in both our clinics and partnered ABA centers (all within 10–15 minutes of each location)
Optimize scheduling to meet weekly caseload requirements
Follow individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
Document sessions accurately using our online platform
Communicate effectively with families, team members, and ABA staff
Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders or related field
Current Texas SLPA License
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Passion for working with children; experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus
