Speech Drama Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain complete responsibility for assigned classes, including attendance records, student lists, and lesson plans.
Foster professional relationships with school and centre staff at all levels.
Engage in ongoing research, theatre study, watching plays, and attending skill development workshops to enhance skills as a Speech and Drama trainer. Train teachers accordingly.
Perform outreach and promotional activities for the brand with schools as required.
Prepare reports as instructed by the Senior Training team.
Conduct weekly Lesson Planning sessions with teachers.
Organise parent orientations and presentations, guiding teachers on how to conduct them.
Distribute information to parents, schools, and other organisations as necessary.
Supervise teachers' punctuality, attitudes, grooming, and training needs. Audit classroom delivery, manage teacher substitutions, and maintain supervision records.
Implement proactive measures for quality control, branding, and marketing.
Develop content, create production scripts, and conceptualise plays.
Assist in training, creating schedules, and ensuring teacher attendance.
Teach as a substitute teacher when needed.
Create and implement activities to upgrade staff skills.
Collate information from the franchise network on curriculum, certificate, and training requirements.
Conduct quality checks for centres under HO and Franchisees.
Plan and execute staff welfare activities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to promote HO events.
Assist in organising staff meetings.
Achieve goals set for classes and improve overall curriculum delivery quality.
