WHAT YOU'LL DO

The role of the Campus Recruiter is to work on BCG campus recruiting strategy and approach which includes strengthening BCG’s position and presence on campuses. The individual will work to drive innovation in campus recruiting (i.e. initiatives, projects and pilots such as develop new ways to evaluate candidates, develop new formats for hire campaigns, etc.) then propose to pilot and apply them.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Managing Campus Recruitment Process for all Undergrad campuses (IITs, CA, DU, International Campuses etc)
Making offers as per compliance and on-boarding guidance
Partnering with the Key Stakeholders- Campus Champs/ Recruiting Directors and Campus Co-Ordinator’s for various Campus events
Sourcing and Screening of Resumes (1st level short listing)
Finalizing Panels and logistics for all Campus Events-
▪ Pre-Placement Talks
▪ Dinner PPT Event
▪ Final Recruiting Event
Creating and maintaining the campus budget for all Campus Cycles
Meeting the target numbers for the Associate Cohort
Issuing the offer letters to all the selected candidates-
▪ Ensuring the letter issued is as per the company norms
▪ Ensuring the acceptance and receipt of the acceptance copies within the stipulated time
Communication to the support staff - (HR, IT. Staffing, CDC etc) on details of the new joiners.
Managing database for all shortlisted and offered candidates
Ensuring the candidate platform STARS is updated at all points in time
Managing the various activities for all shortlisted candidates
Branding and marketing collaterals : Mailers, Decks, branding materials
Giveaways such as – Gifts, Parent Kit, Letters etc.
• Streamlining the Campus Hiring Process
• Creation and updating of the hiring process document
Tracking and Benchmarking against firms in the same industry
• HR MIS Reports
Tracking the performance and attrition of the Associate Cohort
Updating the numbers in the Pipeline Tracker
Ensuring all data is up to date on STARS – candidate management platform
• Project Interns and Off Campus Applications (Alternate Channel)
Maintain and updating a consolidated tracker
Weekly approvals to all concerned (if any)
Execute process accurately with required approvals
Facilitating joining and exit formalities

YOU'RE GOOD AT (CONT'D)

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS)

• MBA preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in HR domain, should have prior campus recruiting experience.
• Experience in a service industry preferably in Management Consulting
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Advanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications and Excel
• Extensive use of Windows and the following software applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Solid business partner with the ability to dialogue, communicate at all levels

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
