We are a leading branded restaurant in Delhi NCR, Agra and looking for multiple positions in our team. We are looking to add South Chef across the chain. We are in significant growth mode and are hiring talent to our management team.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a South Indian Chef at Dasaprakash Restaurants, your foremost responsibility is to ensure the authenticity and quality of South Indian cuisine while overseeing kitchen operations. You are tasked with menu planning, meticulously curating dishes that showcase the diverse flavors and traditional recipes of South India. Your expertise in food preparation is essential as you skillfully cook a variety of dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, and chutneys, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
In addition to cooking, you are responsible for ingredient selection and procurement, ensuring the freshness and authenticity of all supplies. You oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards, training and supervising staff to maintain high standards of hygiene. Your role extends to interacting with guests, accommodating special requests, and addressing feedback to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Furthermore, you play a pivotal role in cost management, monitoring food costs and portion sizes to optimize efficiency and profitability. Your leadership skills foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and communication among kitchen staff. Overall, as a South Indian Chef, you embody the culinary traditions of the region, delivering exceptional dishes that delight guests and uphold the reputation of Dasaprakash Restaurants.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1 years- 5 years in the restaurant industry

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
