• Innovate and execute modern Indian dishes with a focus on presentation and flavors.
• Manage kitchen workflow, expedite service, and maintain efficiency during peak hours.
• Collaborate on seasonal menu updates and new dish trials.
• Handle guest preferences, special requests, and high-profile dining experiences.
• Maintain a high-energy, disciplined, and positive kitchen environment.
• Work closely with the management team to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
