Sous Chef
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, maintaining food quality and hygiene, and supporting menu planning. Must have strong leadership, time management, and culinary skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen activities
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Monitor and maintain FSSAI checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards
Assist in inventory and stock control
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
