Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Hotel Krsna Lila By The Blues. The Sous Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with food preparation and production in the kitchen. This includes supervising and coordinating the work of kitchen staff, creating and implementing menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining an efficient and organized kitchen environment. Qualifications • Experience in food preparation and production • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary styles • Ability to create and implement menus • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high food quality standards • Ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff • Certification or degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
