Run the Show:
Provide Daily Restaurant Recap to Corporate Chef on Operations
Maintain Proper Inventory Storage and Product Rotation
Cross-Train Staff to Clean and Organize Stations and Taste Dishes
Execute Consistent Food Standards with Culinary Team
