Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Twyford, Berkshire
Salary: £2+,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation.
• Contribute to menu planning and development.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.
• City and Guilds 706/2 or NVQ in Professional Cookery.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating healthy and appetizing meals.
