Role Summary

The Pre-Sales Solution Consultant will be responsible for supporting clients in the pre-contract phase, working across the Client engagement journey from pre-sales through to delivery. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Pre-Sales and Discovery:
Develop a deep understanding of Cuscal's standard products, key benefits, market obligations, enablement activities, and business-as-usual activities
Design and deliver presentations and discovery sessions with clients (including prospective clients) to ensure that client needs and relevant constraints are fully understood and documented
Identify opportunities for sale of further Cuscal products that meet client needs and deepen relationships
Document the gaps between the client needs and Cuscal's standard solutions to enable effective roadmap, feasibility, and estimation discussions
Solution Design Documentation:
Create comprehensive Statements of Work, including scope of work, deliverables, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and costs
Develop and document solution options that address the Client needs
Contribute to the development of adaptable and/or re-usable materials to communicate high-level functional solutions for client engagements as part of the sales process
Identify potential delivery risks as well as potential mitigation strategies
Solution Delivery Support:
Ensure a smooth transition of the implementation to the delivery team
Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the client throughout the implementation process
Lead and/or contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, commerce, finance, or related subjects (desirable)
Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong industry knowledge of payments ecosystems and/or Cuscal's product and technology solutions
Proven experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting, professional services, or sales role
Business process and/or project experience using tools such as Visio, Jira, PowerPoint
Enterprise-level business project experience, with strong process analysis, design, and documentation
