Develop a Strategic Sales plan to increase our market share and revenue.

Conducting webinars on features of products with existing or potential clients.

Keeping up with the latest in Hospitality, Online Management, best practices and trends.

Training of any new Sales or Support team personnel.

Working very closely with Partner Service, Marketing Technical Team.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Business Development/similar role

Graduate

Very good communication skills

A proactive approach to problem-solving

A thirst for winning new business

A customer-first approach, being able to read and understand requirements

An organized approach and commitment to meeting deadlines

Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of a business including senior managers

Experience with Hotel software systems and a desire to develop a detailed understanding of logic in software development

Account management experience with an ability to grow revenue in tandem with customer satisfaction

Initiative and problem-solving ability
