Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals and client needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software development process aligns with best practices and client expectations. Your role will also include overseeing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive throughout the development cycle. Roles Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives. Professional Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. - Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting. - Experience in integrating Tableau with various data sources. - Familiarity with dashboard design principles and best practices.
