Summary: As a Software Development Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Your typical day will involve leading the team, designing and developing software assets, and ensuring quality and innovation.
