Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive – Social Media Marketing Strategist

Location: Aerocity, New Delhi

Work Mode: On-site - Full time

Key Responsibilities’

1. Strategy Development

o Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs.

o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

o Define and segment target audiences to inform tailored marketing campaigns.

2. Campaign Management

o Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

o Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

o Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making

o Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on marketing efforts.

o Provide actionable insights based on data to enhance campaign effectiveness.

o Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

4. Collaboration and Leadership

o Partner with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

o Mentor and guide marketing team members on strategic initiatives.

o Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.

5. Brand and Content Strategy

o Develop brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company in the market.

o Oversee content strategy and ensure messaging aligns with the company's voice and objectives.

6. Budgeting and Resource Allocation

o Create and manage marketing budgets effectively.

o Allocate resources to maximize impact and ensure cost-efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Experience:

o 2+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or a similar role.

o Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.

• Skills

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

o Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

o Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
