The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the social media strategy for the company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, as well as experience in creating engaging content and growing online communities.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals
• Create and publish high-quality, engaging content on various social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data to inform future strategies
• Collaborate with other teams (such as Marketing, Communications, and Design) to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into social media strategy
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy and targeting specific audiences
• Work with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and complaints that are communicated through social media channels
• Ensure all content posted is in compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements
• Manage the social media budget and allocate funds effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns and community growth
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on brand voice and messaging
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences, including algorithm updates and changes
• Experience with social media analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite) and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
