About the Position:
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on storyteller with a strong background in video production and social media management to join us as our Digital Storytelling Social Media Manager.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on bringing TNC Immigration’s brand and client success stories to life — from concept to final cut. You’ll plan, film, and edit high-quality video and photo content, manage our content calendar, and shape the voice of our brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, capturing the essence of our work, and building trust with our global audience. This is a solo, in-house position to start, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll have the creative freedom to drive ideas forward, with support from leadership and the opportunity to build and lead a content team as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for social media, campaigns, and web
· Direct and film team members and (where appropriate) clients for testimonials and storytelling content
· Analyze content performance and iterate strategy to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
· Develop and manage a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook and all other social media platforms.
· Write compelling, brand-aligned copy and captions that drive engagement and trust
· Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy to optimize engagement and reach
· Maintain brand consistency across platforms while evolving our creative direction
· Lead our content themes and tone while aligning major initiatives with the CEO
· Stay up to date on video production trends, digital storytelling tools, and industry best practices
· Occasionally collaborate with clients to capture success stories and immigration journeys
· Collaborate with the CEO and internal team to align messaging with business goals
Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in digital content creation, photo/video production and editing, and social media strategy
Proven ability to independently produce professional video/photo content from concept to final edit
Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva, and other digital content creation applications
Strong storytelling instincts and ability to craft narratives from real people and experiences
Excellent writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and professionalism
Experience working in client-facing or regulated professional services environments preferred
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Drive, and platforms like Hootsuite or Later is a plus
Comfortable working with executive leaders and directing on-camera talent
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects at once
Understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and content performance metrics
Fluent in English (verbal and written); multilingual is an asset
