Full job description
Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

Assist in ideating and planning monthly social media calendars
Schedule, publish, and monitor posts on Instagram, LinkedIn other relevant platforms
Track performance metrics and support in reporting
Conduct competitive research and trend mapping
2. Content Creation

Support in creating content drafts: captions, scripts, and basic post outlines
Coordinate with designers to bring content to life
Assist with reels/shoot planning and behind-the-scenes content
Write engaging copies tailored to each brand’s tone
3. Client Communication Brand Strategy

Join select client calls and internal briefings
Help prepare client-facing decks and reports
Support brand strategy team with campaign ideas, influencer research, and creative brainstorming
Maintain clear communication with internal teams for feedback and updates
What We’re Looking For:

Strong interest in digital media, storytelling branding
Excellent writing and communication skills
Basic understanding of social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and take initiative
Prior internship/college fest/content creation experience is a plus
