Qualifications
• 15+ years in YouTube monetization social media strategy.
• Expertise in YouTube Studio, Google AdSense, TubeBuddy/VidIQ.
• Strong SEO, analytics, and paid media skills.
• Experience in digital media, OTT, or entertainment preferred.
• Proven leadership communication skills.
